They will usually have an adoption fee for around $65.00 and this covers all routine shots and neutering if applicable. This does not make your dog "free" but you would have to pay this or more after you get the dog because shots are usually mandatory in most towns.

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill animal shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization dedicated to the relief of suffering. We rescue dogs from all over the country and specialize in long distance adoptions.
