About the Irish Terrier
This dog breed is from Ireland and only one of many breeds of Terrier. This dog is intelligent and a specialist in hunting rabbits and otters. They have a very good sense of smell.

The origin is not known but believed to have descended from the Fox Terrier. The Irish Terrier Club was founded in 1879. At sometime in its background it was used for dog fighting
